Well first i would like to say that i am 99.99% sure that this is the map pack.
My reasonings.....
If you look back to other COD games by Treyarch then you'll notice that almost all of them had their first DLC come out around this time.

Also this sign was put up at Gamestops around the country.These posters have the real names of the Companies that made the game. (Treyarch) Therefore, if this was fake they would be subject to copyright.

Also if anybody remembers when the rumors started for black ops 2 back in january of 2012, When everybody thought it was called Iron Wolf. If you remember correctly then in the corners of the picture you saw that Treyarch and Activision were both spelt wrong. That turned out to be fake and the creator of the image spelt those wrong so he couldnt be sued.
