Spunkiest wrote Here's a simpler way,
Go to 4shared.com
Make a account
Type the android game you want and put .apk at the end e.g. "fruit ninja.apk"
Click one
Click download
Wait for timer (normally 20seconds)
When downloaded
Click the download on the drop down bar thing
Install it
Done

Not good at explaining. Hope I helped!
to bad half the apps are outdated and some a lot dont work..

just type the version that you want e.g minecraft 0.5.0 apk

For Jelly Bean users, there should be a developer options at the bottom. It is the third to last option to click. USB Debugging is mid way down once you click on Developer Options.
I have the Galaxy s3 and this worked for me.

4Shared on my opinion is the best way to get paid apps.
Just download the 4shared app from the Google Playstore, create an account and start downloading.
Works perfect on my S2.
