My computer is a recent home build, and it was working fine a couple of days ago, but I recently got home and now whenever I turn on my computer this happens:

The computer is on, all the lights are on, and all the fans are working fine. So the computer is defiantly on and the monitor comes on, shows the ACER logo and then it comes with a black screen and then it shows 'No Signal.'
I can turn on and off the computer and off without a problem, but I don't get a signal on my monitor, and the monitor works fine with my MacBook Pro.

I have already tried to re-sit the ram and change some cables around in the case, but whatever I do the computer doesn't work, it just shows 'No Signal'

Is the fan on the graphics card spinning up?

Is the monitor plugged in properly to the graphics card?

Is the right input selected on the monitor?

I don't think it would of been a issue with the RAM.

Try booting up and then going onto BIOS then go to graphics card and select 'Onboard', if you don't know what you are doing here just set BIOS as default.

Before the weekend it was working, I went away and when I got back it simply says "No Input"

There was nobody in the house over the weekend, also everything is plugged and everything is working correctly.

It could be the RAM. I had one computer where a defective RAM stick caused the PC not to boot 50% of the time with no screen input.

I know that it isn't the RAM because if it was the RAM, the computer would produce no output to the monitor.

As I previously said, you should change to onboard graphics via BIOS or set BIOS as default. As you boot your computer it will say at the bottom what button to press to get into BIOS.
