This is going to be real hard on microsoft now that XBLS is out because we can just use new KV's to unban.

Right now their is currently no way of unbanning an account unless, you convince XBLPET to unban it or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and if you got banned/Suspended you deserve the ban.

Wrong. What I said above can happen. There has been members unbanned before.

I have a question.
The 'File complaint' system on users profiles,
does that actually do anything? Because my mate has
file complained me before for no reason, it was as a joke, (he done it about 4 times, he showed me the pictures on his phone), nothing happened to my account
(obviously because i had done nothing wrong), nothing happened to his account either.

Oh yes. the report system works, I love to use that on users. The reason why you didn't get in trouble, is that you most likely didn't do anything wrong. However if he continues to do that, he will have a nice message from the XBLPET if you get what I'm saying.
