You cannot Hotswap Without Opening XBOX,
The people who did those videos has Flashed Xboxs,
Or Didn't do it with the ISO Modz, It isn't possible,
If your not willing to open xbox give up .

No you can not hotswap the eazy way. Unless you drive is flashed otherwise just open your xbox its not that hard
