so, Christmas comes, I made a Christmas montage witch took me a long time. I got the clips, I edited, blah blah galah. I upload it safely. next day, a community channel ask me if they can upload it, so as my clan. I say okay to both, they linked me in the Description and put my name in the title, gave me 100% Credit.

After a week, I get a comment saying "You stole this video from Miami_Zypher!"
I looked him up, saw that he stole my video, said he played it, he edited. he get's a lot of subs and views from that of cause. I sent him a pm,

got a reply.

"I didn't know about it sorry."
That was it. he changed the Description to my name, the video tile is still "Introduing Miami_Zypher".
What do I do next? do I forget about him? do I strike back?

if someone who has a yt bot that flags i hope they help you out.

don't do that get yt support to investigate it. when they see its yours he might have his channel removed or get a strike on his account. if he gets enough and if he does this often then it eventually will and you will have the last laugh. by spamming his account you might get screwed.

just contact them saying this person has stolen my video and has uploaded it on his channel with out your permission give them the link to your video and his they see the date it was uploaded and boom done. it might take time as they probably get lots of these but they should take care of it
