Xenons are terrible, I'd never buy one. The failure rates are extremely high.

If you don't even know what they do it would be a waste of money. You won't be hosting online COD lobbies or anything unless you pay for a server which is like $275 a week or so.

No i know what they do, I'm not one of those kids that buy a jtag and then look at it and are like...um. I just don't know which kind to get or if should get one.

dont get a jtag it isnt worth the money i got the best jtag posible and it over heated all the time and i had to get it fixed twice and now im selling it so dont dont dont get one learn how to iso mod it cheaper

I have a falcon slim jtag, and it was worth the money. You can earn it back by doing recoveries for mw2, or earn subs for your youtube, etc. I also iso mod my retail. If you have no idea how to use one then itd be a waste.

Yeah I hear those falcon slim jtags are really good. :trollin:

But seriously, JTAGs are always worth the money you pay. For example, you pay $200 for a JTAG or RGH and then acquire 4 new games ($60 each) then you have already made your money back.

I personally think they are worth it now since you can get them online again. Visit my post on the 2nd page.

I personally use Jtags for getting games before they are officially released. I'm not bothered about going online, so I've never tried, however I am sure you ca, with a little bit of knowledge I'm sure you'd be able to figure it out - don't ask me though, as I wouldn't have a clue as to where to start!

I would say that they are worth it, 100%. Mine has recently died due to it being placed on my Subwoofer (stupidly) and I forgot to take it off when playing music. I think it shook it to pieces.

The best you could get would be a Slim RGH (pretty much the same as a Jtag, but uses a different method). Then it'd be a Jasper (the last phat series made)

Xenons are prone to RROD, so I'd personally stay away from them.

I've got a Falcon, and it's never failed on me except for human error.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GET AN XENON. It will overheat after literally an hour and you will get rrod in roughly a week if you do not shut it down every hour and let it cool down. I used to have one as they are very cheap but it broke (obviously) Now i have Falcon with 12v fans and have never had any issues. And altogether (360 games, XBLA, DLC, Mw2 lobbies/recoveries, etc..) ive made over 4 times what the xbox is worth. I recommend buying a falcon xbox and then jtagging it (cheaper) or simply buying a falcon xbox already with a jtag. 100% WORTH IT!! Basically, you are gaining money rather than losing it (on buying console).

If I was you, don't get a xenon jtag. It's a waste of money, it overheats quickly.
