Lol, it's about $1.63 USD to 1GBP. To the OP, I'm guessing you can build a decent enough computer for your needs with those specs. I'm not experienced enough to offer you a build, but pretty much any modern system can handle internet/videos, so I would venture to say that you won't need to spend that much to build a PC that can handle that.

FreeToPlayOnPC wrote Here's my build I would suggest.
Case: Fractal core 1000 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (31 GBP)
CPU: Intel pentium G860 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (45 GBP)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (31 GBP) This motherboard is on SALE right now, so i'm guessing you'll be ordering soon
RAM: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (23 GBP)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] This is a bit overkill for your build, but I couldn't even find a half decent 350w/400w PSU (I never use scan, the website's a bit confusing for me, gotta get used to it lol)
Hard Drive: Since you won't be doing a lot of gaming or anything like that, i'm not going to suggest a 1TB hard drive, i was going to suggest 320 or 250 GB but I couldn't find one on scan? So here's a 500GB one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

It's a LITTLE bit over budget (205 pounds)
Some of those things you can downgrade on (Before you build it of course)

Unless he is installing his OS off an USB then he will need a disc drive, these can be bought for a small amount. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I have windows 7 on this computer how would i be able to instal it on the computer i am going to build?
