Der Riese looks to be connected to the "Where It All Started..." achievement. The achievement says to discover the giant, i remember Der Riese had something to do with a giant (i think Der Riese means "the giant") and in the map description on Der Riese it says "this is Where It All Started". Maybe you are able to find Der Riese in this new map like you can find Nacht Der Untoten in Tranzit
Edit: I think Der Riese is also located in Breslau, Germany

I'm kind of doubtful about this. How would he get the map pirated, a month before the DLC comes out, and before we even get a trailer? It doesn't make sense. Also, his description of the scenarios are very blunt, and he could have made that up in minutes. I believe there would be more achievements, even if one of them was worth a lot of GS.

Also, the Giant refers to 'Der Riese' (German for the Giant), which doesn't make much sense in the achievement.

I'm still very doubtful this is real, but you never know with Treyarch.
