I have a cracked Photoshop CS4( I know an old version lol) but will I be able to still download extra tools and brushes and that stuff for it or no

Yes you can download brushes and extra tools for it...

You will be able to without a problem. CS4 isn't THAT old. Well it is, but it still gets the job done

Yes you still can but you can aslo download CS6 cracked, that is how I got mine
