Hey guys, I really want to get into making GFX for people, so whats the BEST, FREE program I can download? and please include a link if possible.

Nothing is free, unless you want to use paint, lol.

But search for download links on youtube. But be careful so you don't get virus or anything like that.
Look at the ratings and comments.
