Yeah First spawn, Second dinner, Third electric tower, Then a voice will start to talk to who ever is at the spawn at the teleportor

anyone would be great if i could get some help i may even consider uploading my glitch where the electric zombie never bothers u with power on...

I just finished the Easter egg myself a couple of days ago and we noticed the the electric zombie will not spawn any time before round 5. He will spawn from round 5 on only if you time it perfectly with the lighting in the sky. For the turbines, you would like to have 2 turbines already placed down under the tower right before you kill the electric zombie. Then for the turbines under the light poles, there is no order to place those. You could use any of the light poles.

Just to be safe, have all four players under the tower when you kill him. Remember also that you can't kill the electric zombie right away when he comes under the tower. You will have the keep him there for a extra minute or two until maxis says "kill it". While you waiting for maxis to say "kill it" chances are the electric zombie will down you a couple of times, so just have the four people there to be reviving others for when they go down from the electric zombie. Then at the end of the round, you can get a crawler and finish the two other light poles.

Yes, it's very important. Thats what stopped myself from getting the Easter egg done many of times. Make sure you have a teleporter at each of the two poles then place the turbines down.
