How you get the 500 xp is pretty simple all you have to do is commit suicide, Frag or Semtex Grenade, Crossbow, M72 Law, RPG, or C4 (RPG is easiest to kill yourself fast with), or instead of killing yourself you can go kill enemies and get the 500 xp and they won't gain any because they didn't suicide. You can get 100+ deaths (suicides) in a complete game of domination so if you get a calculator and 100 x 500 is 50,000 so that's 50,000 xp you have gained. Another awesome thing is you get money for committing suicide as of getting 500 xp, so you could easily get 20,000 COD points in 1 game.
