Aesthetics: Any. If you could use the extra left over to make the computer better go ahead

Details: Try to focus on making the computer's performance the best you can. If you have to take some cash off the software, you could I would mostly be playing games thats why

None are needed this is replacing my old one

I want to be able to play on Medium to High setting on games like BF3 and Skyrim

i dont know what the conversion is from GBP to AUS but i have basically the computer you want for 550 but without the leds and wifi card

Nothing's going to max out FC3 yet, but the 7870 will play it very well and on good settings. Overclocked, you should be able to nearly max BF3 around 60 FPS.

You're too vague in what you're asking for and building a PC for looks alone is just stupid. There's nothing wrong with building a PC with looks as a priority, but in the end it's all about performance. You're missing the point.

I included the Fractal Core 3000 because it's the best bang for your buck, but it's neck and neck with the Zalman Z9-U3 on Scan. Tell your friend to have a look at it and see if he likes it! You get any case without an internal USB 3.0 header, consider buying one of [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] so you don't have to run cables outside the back of the case. I can also work an SSD into the budget easily if he wants, and I'd recommend it 100%.
