Black Ops TU help Plz

Okay I have a TU11 for black ops{1} and the TU File name is "tu0000000a_00000000" and normally the files its much bigger heading like the file name and well I have already tried putting it in the "Cache Folder" but it doesn't run it likes its suppose to so can any body help me or give me a video link showing how to do this.... thank you and "PM Me" if you know how or if you have a video link....
