i clicked on open with on a file but its on evrything now i cant open nothin can someone help please

Hmmm.. weird this is indeed a virus. you can try couple things to fix your issue.

1) If you have no important files ect.. on your PC you can restore your PC completely back to how you got it the first day it will take up to 15-30 minutes top to restore all the files.

2) Get Anti-Malware and try to run a quick scan see if that fixes the issue.

If #2 does not fix the issue i recommend restoring your whole PC when restoring you
will have an option to save your important data/files to a USB drive or simply keep them on your PC which is not recommended keeping them saved on PC if you do not know what files/date has attacked your computer.

yeahhhh i clicked on a file on desktop open with and i pressed internet exsplore and now its all weird i cant open any files
