I Rented a new server for a Year, and hope to make it fun and enjoyable, I need suggestions from players of personal preferences, for plugins and general setup of servers, cause i know when i join a server sometimes its not that fun, so Id rather make my server to player preferences so you guys all enjoy to play it,

I also need a developer, Admin, and Mods, so there are spots open to be filled, For a developer you really need to show me I can trust you with my shit aha, and that you also have the knowledge of running a bukkit server and being able to deal with the plugins and what not.
