I just got my iphone back and everytime i connect to my neighbors wifi it lets me use it and it discconects automaticlly for some reason, can i somehow lock it so when im in reach im connected to the wifi?

Try airplane mode on and off three times until it turns the service on and off and if that doesnt work try setting the device into DFU Mode

Yes it was. But try getting your own wifi, you might be to far away from theirs.

Just try resetting it, ive never had that problem so i cant give much advice. If that dosent work just google it bro
