The TOTY hasn't even been voted yet! So there is no TOTY until the 7th when it's announced, that's why!

I can't see Messi and Ronaldo's ratings being that high as their gonna get at least one more IF and Messi would be like a 99 straight away lol.

So Maybe 96 for Messi and 94 for Ronaldo?
