The HX1050 is overkill, even for two 680s. They'd be better paired with a quality ~750w unit.
I'm going to safely assume this is primarily a gaming rig due to the fact that you got two 680s before a 3770K or LGA 2011 setup. As such, 16 GB of RAM is a waste of money. Not to mention the fact that RAM bandwidth has a negligible effect on performance on this platform, which makes the high-clocked RAM another waste.
Lordy, you done goofed with that choice of cards. The 680 was the wrong card to buy in the first place due to the (safely assumed) fact that you don't use CUDA and that 7970s perform better in multi-GPU, multi-monitor configurations. They also come standard with 3GB of VRAM, so you wouldn't have had to spend more than $150 more per card to have enough frame buffer. The worst part, though, is that you got the reference-cooled cards instead of the Gigabyte and MSI non-reference cards. The 650D is just... Bad. It's ridiculously overpriced and it's known to provide sub-par airflow. I wouldn't trust this kind of hardware to this case or the cable management inside.
Or the complete lack of cable management, I should say. And it's all in the worst possible place, right in front of the cards that I would already be pretty worried about.
Other things: CRUMBS OH GOD THE CRUMBS; stickers on the monitors; crooked SSD; cables under your chair wheels; MX Blue switches for gaming.
TL;DR: You could have gotten the same thing or better for a lot less.
EDIT: Evidence for the 7970's superiority in your configuration: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
