only uk sites plz i need a decent grpahics card my budget is 20-40 and if possible a motheboard that supports it

You won't get good performance at high resolutions with multiple screens with the 7750, but yes it supports up to 3 monitors.

Its near impossible to get a graphics card that runs everything like GTX 660 Ti or AMD 7870 those are around 150 pounds and will most likley never find them second hand sorry, I would just save up and buy a Motherboard GPU Pair for cheap like 480 pounds

Never find them second hand?
And you could buy a 7850/i3 for 236.27 pounds or even an 7850/i5 for 321.71 pounds which would be way cheaper then buying just a motherboard/gpu for $780 us dollars. You could even throw a z77 board in and it would still be cheaper then that 780$ mobo/gpu combo.
