How far can you get with this? Has anyone taken it past 40's or so?

I got to 40 Last Night, I wasn't really paying attention but I think the Zombies hit me out of the corner I was in and Killed me. I'm not sure though because like I said I wasn't looking at my TV, I just kept hitting the knife button.
