I'm on a 800ish budget, it can be a little over 800 though but I'm looking for a gaming desktop that runs games like league of legends, dota 2, cod. But idk what desktop to get. I'm looking at the X51 Alienware 800 dollar model. I need help for other suggestions that you guys recommended. It needs a big hard drive with good RAAM and good graphics and processor. Please help! Leave your suggestions and maybe a link to help me find it? Thanks!!

Hi buddy,

I see your looking to play some older games that will not need a 800 machine to run, are you looking to spend that or would like to spend less? Also are you UK or US?

Cheers

Stay away from Alienware there are too many reasons not to go with them, your best bet is to build one yourself as it will demolish any other pre built PC for less money.

Would I actually have to build it, or do you mean build it by picking the specs for it? I have no PC experience in building haha

This is very untrue... Building your own is generally more expensive, I do agree though alienware is quite a ripoff. But you will usually find much better deals on pre-built pc's as the companies who build them stock pile supplies and get it much cheaper. For example go on dell and pick a xps desktop, then go and build the same pc with the same specs it will cost more to build it. Trust me. So you are usually better off buying a decent pre build and upgrade the gpu. It will save you in the long run.

Haha, pre-built companies want to make money, they buy cheap and sell high. They also use crappy components such as bad quality PSU's and Mobo's.
