i go on the fifa section and there is so many scammers i just want them all banned cause it annoying so i hope they all get banned

I have you fifa 13 coins for your fifa 12 coins, you scammed me, I recorded deal, you then deleted me off Skype

why should he get banned for somebody doing something against the rules and he breaks them aswell to be honest the other person buying or selling should be aswell as there is no trading aloud here yet people still do and complain when scammed
