Ok i fixed this kids jtag and he didnt unban it right so he has christmas lights and it usually boots into xell but doesnt turn on normally. But today i tried to boot it into xell and it got christmas lights. What do I do rep for whoever helps

When you try to boot into xell it gives you christmas lights?
