Hey guys in new to the pc scene and i was just wondering is the alienware x51 a decent pc to start of with and if you could link me to any other good starter computer

No don't buy Alienware build your own look at the stickys for help on that I did and saved about 300poinds so it's worth it

It depends what you want it for. If you are prepared to buy an alienware x51, then it's your money.

The alienware x51 would play games well, but that depends on what configuration you choose with it.

If I were you, go to r00t's discussion topic and say what you want a PC for, and a budget, and you will get a list of components which are best suited to your needs.

they have some decent stuff on there and you can start from scratch and build it from the ground up.
