anyone any idea what it actually depends on then?

I beat all of those 'missions' and currently have 220kd at 63,000 kills. Still no shotguns though.

to be honest pal, i think it goes off rounds aswell. i always get to 30+ every game

Yeah i think its on rounds and not quitting games pal

I ranked up on a shit game but i didn't quit then the next game i quit got d ranked after that game i didn't quit and ranked back up.

Because you either went too many times to 4 tallies or you reached 50,000 kills without blue eyes.
By that, you need additional things to do like rounds survived.
