best you're gonna get is copies of items that could appear in game for example legendaries. All black wpns etc. will disappear since the game checks parameters when it loads unless as you point out they are in the bank.. On the plus side, if you've got some good legendaries which will stay in the game you're golden for almost all situations (IMHO).

Yeah I have a few legendaries which are ok, I heard rumour that there are better weapons/shields that you cannot get from drops which don't disappear so I guess they have to be modded

I have a ultimate modded weapon orange it still disappears. It has to be a wack modded to stay in game

i have a modded grenade that stays in the game but everything else has to be put in the bank

I have made some epic modded shields that stay in the game also..and working on a few other things..but with kss glitch ..u dont need any modded weapons..
