Yes I was promoted to the skull w/ knife while still having the 2 tally marks.

its all about the round went to round 55 with 12 kills ranked up blue eyes skull and knife

I got my skull with knife while I only had 2 tally marks. I played on nuketown with 2 friends, I had 1.1k kills, 1 down and like 4 or 5 revives

Seal wrote 24 K/D with 20K kills and I have the double shotguns. K/D has NOTHING to do with rank. Rounds are the only thing that matters.
