My steps to a good team,
1.Get a good keeper
2.Get 2 Good CBs
3.Get 1/2 Good Strikers depends on formation
(with good Pace Preferably)
4.Then a good CM that will score goals!
5.Slowly build the rest of your team with Quick wingers that have decent dribbling. (same goes for LB and RB)
