You are a little bit over the reach of the knife so you will get it soon, i got mine around 93KD i haven't ever heard of someone without it past 100KD goodluck =]

Haha this is incorrect. I have made it to round 55 twice on a dummy accout, It hardly has 100 kills. (we were doing the electric trap glitch).. And it have a knife through the skull.....
