Hey guys Yoshi here just wondering if the TTG staff care about new members or "Randoms" .I know that new members don't really have a chance of getting staff but owners friends or major GFX artistes have more a chance that a 1-2 year member that does not post so often. Also rep I know a lot of moders / hackers love to get rep for there lobby's but what about the people who don't its pretty hard to get rep so what I'm getting at is look at the staff some don't even have 250 rep I think that's weird . This is not to amend anyone I just wanted people to know what's going on thank you for reading bye . -Yoshi

TTG staff do care but I suppose they think that there is no need for any more staff members.

Rep, Post Count, etc. doesn't matter to us one bit.

The best members are generally the ones we never notice.

Being known by staff is 99% of the time a bad thing. Usually means you're a screw up and cannot follow rules.

That, or you just happen to be one of the people who play online games with us.

I joined in Dec. 2011, was staff by March 2012, and was a site admin by August.

All I did was sell and repair xboxs :\

And have them catch on fire...

On Topic:

Of course we care. Without new members we wouldn't continue to expand and be one of the leading forums in regards to xbox gaming/modding. New members constantly bring in new talent and it's always great to make new friends.

The issue a lot of users have is because they don't see staff talk to members, they think we don't care - We do, we just are busy like you and everyone else having lives and working on whatever we do in our lives as well as helping out on here.

Like Icy said, rep/posts/thanks ect don't matter. In regards to staff selection we choose the people that we feel would be best suited for the position and this can be someone known by staff or someone who has an outstanding application when we are looking for new staff.

Just like you guys, we enjoy sitting back and relaxing as well as having a laugh - we wouldn't be on here if we didn't enjoy it, we do care about making the right first impressions and the attitude to all members should be positive (apart from rule breakers, screw those guys).

Haha Dale!, I'm not part of staff, and dont really intend too but i'm pretty sure the staff do care. They're just busy doing what they do for a living e.g work, what they usually everyday. On the other hand they come on TTG And without staff i'm pretty sure alot of people on TTG would be stuck with help with were to post etc, but overall they do care there most likely busy,
