Plays every game out with 60+ FPS on 1920x1080 res.

50GB SSD drive / 1 terabyte HDD drive.
i7 960 (3.20 Ghz)
NVidia GeForce GTX 560
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
6 Gigs of Ram

It also comes with the persons stream account with over $300 USD of games including BO2 and MW3

The price is $800 USD total. I was just wondering if it would be able to be a great computer to play those games.

Yes, but you'll want to upgrade graphics card. I'm pretty sure that processor costs 320 bucks or something like that so it is a decent buy.
