If you buy the DLC, you have to complete the challenges for the Peacekeeper to get Diamond for SMGs and Assault rifles, since it's hybrid.

If you have diamond SMGs now, you will still have them after the new weapon is added. You unlock diamond as soon as you unlock gold on the Peacekeeper. There's no way they would require you to buy DLC in order to have diamond SMGs...

Actually say I have the peacekeeper if I searched for a game alone I would only find people who also had it... I could use it against people whos didn't by joining a friends game who didn't and have them search.

You act like it will be completely overpowered. They won't put a gun in as DLC if it will ruin the game.

My Opinion: If you buy the DLC you will have to get the Peacekeeper SMG to re-obtain your diamond camo because the diamond camo is only a reward for having 'every' gun in the category gold. Not sure what is going to happen with the people who don't get the DLC though :/

It would be an advantage if that was your type of weapon, because it will most likely have some advantage over the rest of the SMGs, but there is a good chance that it will also take down a stat (Probably fire rate) to compensate. For players who use SMGs at long range, this would be an advantage, but at short range, it would be a disadvantage. It's not like it will completely make you win every gun fight no matter the circumstances, but no doubt it will give you an advantage sometimes.

Ya I get where your coming from but as it is a hybrid between an AR and an SMG I think it will be like other ARs but a little better at close range
