well first, try can you run it, (google it if you don't know what it is) and if your computer cannot run it then i would suggest looking on amazon or ebay for low priced gaming pc's..

if there's no luck there, go to your local store (electronics) and ask people there what the specs are, and then find out the specs needed to run the game, and decide

That's a hard question to answer - what do you mean run it? What, at 100 FPS in max settings, or 30 in lowest everything turned off?

Before I give you a build, I could do with knowing your budget (with the currency) and what sort of performance you're looking for.

Aesthetics as well? DO you want a simple looking case which boasts style and sexyness, or a cool sleek curvy case with tonnes of flashing lights?
