Hey everybody Trollerr here.
I'm going to start off by saying i have owned multiple servers, two that have been a great success. I have a lot of experience with minecraft servers. I believe i am great as a owner, and when it comes to being a owner, i'm very professional. With that said let's get down to my skills and history of owning a Minecraft server, and some thing's you should know.
Now it's time for the server plan.
As you know most server's that recruiting already have a name, and what type of server it's going to be. Well my server is different. The staff team as a whole will decide what type of server it's going to be. What the name will be, and everything about it. The team will choose the best idea and something that will be good for the server.
This may be a different way of starting a server, but here's what i think, if you have staff that have no say, why are they staff? I believe that everyone should have a say, i did this with my last server and it worked out great. It will work out good with this one too.
I'm being very serious about this server, the only things i will choose for the server itself is, the team, and the hosting.There will not be a co-owner.This is how the staff team is going to work for the starting phase of the server.
The reason for no co-owner is this, i believe i can handle the whole "server upkeep" Such as making sure the hosting is in check.
With this said here's the requirement's for every spot.

- Very friendly (great thing to have when you're a server owner)

What makes you think you're good for this position: I have owned many servers, still own my small private one for friends to have some fun on. I've been through countless server helping them build things, currently on a prison build project atm with one guy. I know how to set up/configure most plugins. If I don't, I research how to.
(For staff) Were you a staff member before: Yes, I have been Owner/Co-Owner/Admin/Mod/Trusted/Builder/Tech (All the server end of things) etc.
(For builders) Previous work: Check out The_Dark_Knight's topic, there is pictures of my work and if you look at the new spawn, I created a lot of that too.
(Management) History of plugin management: Um.. Not really sure what you want me to put besides I know how to set up most plugins and configure them for the optimal use.
