Peterson.
Rodgers, Brady, Manning put up great numbers yearly and are known in the top threshold of QBs but there's nothing unique to this season.
If Peterson has a bad day, the Vikings lose. If he has a good day, they win. He's the most valuable piece to the team if they want to win games.
But knowing the NFL, they'd probably pick Manning just cause he's a QB and it's the most praised position in football and possibly all of sports. Also to add that Manning had a Comeback Year and has 4 MVPs already so why not 5?

Peterson because if you were to replace Peterson with any other RB in the league then the Vikings wouldn't have gone to the playoff also he was only 9 yard from breaking the record

Peterson, obviously
Peterson came back from an injury that usually causes people their nfl season, it was rare that he was abke to come back, come back that quickly, and then when he does come back after tearing his acl he has one of the most amazing years ever he rushes for over 2,000 yards, and he almost beats erick dickersons all time record, he should defiently mvp. (PS that really sucked only being 9 yards away from rushing record i was so mad when he didnt get it but, proud he came back from an injury and did so good, AP ALL DAY)
Also, he ended up bringing his team to the playoffs, he is amazing
