Yo guys. Is it possible to mod the game offline, so that when you go into custom game and play against bots, you can change their gamertags? Such as so it doesnt have the 3arc and those dumb names, instead putting in any name you can think of? Dumb question but still would like an answer thanks!

No its not possible because you need to connect to xbox live to go to custom games...
