Download liberty,its a modding program just for halo4 you can mod the campaign but i highly advise you not to mod your armour or rank online as you will get banned.

Everyone thinks 343 is stupid. Do you really think they don't know everything about this mod and are working on patching and banning everyone who is doing it? Most of the mods they patch they find out on this exact website. (I asked Xbox employee "Thevowel" on twitter and he said almost all companies have someone who checks on this website everyday to see if there is something new they need to know about)

I am going to save the usual insults about modding and bid you good luck on your modding endeavor.

I Don't think 343 cares as the armor is not giving you really much of an advantage against other players, actually I don't think it give any type of advantage.

To All The People who think you will get banned:
Only Mod DLC Armor, There is a Less Chance of a ban, Unless you tell people you Modded it, If you Mod Armor achieved by Commendations, 343 can Check your Commendations.
If im Wrong, Please Correct me, Mistakes must be fixed.

*EDIT* Ive Had FOTUS Modded for a few weeks now, I Have not received any type or reset/ban for the armor mods, Its a DLC Armor.

I've done this, it's cool having all armor.
