i am thinking about buying a jtag xbox 360 console to mod cod games i was just wondering if this is legal or not.

its not illegal to have one but the things you do on it 'modding' or 'piracy' is so take that to mind if u have any other questions pm me

Owning a jtag is completely legal. When you buy an xbox you buy all the rights to that xbox. That includes the the modifying rights. The reason modified xbxo get banned from xbox live is cause you do not own the rights to use a modified xbox on XBL. As far as selling stuff on XBL that is completely illegal and you can get arrested for it.
