The way I heard was..

Start solo on town, at level 15. Pack a punch the gun you start with to get the mustang and sally, go to the stairs where the jugg is, but don't open the door, stay there untill you get 100+ kills, but if you feel like you're being overran by zombies, then open the door and survive till you get 100+ kills, then leave the game, do not die, just leave. Keep doing this over and over again.
