I install the arbiter for $65 locally.
i find it much more gratifying to buy the mod yourself and solder it in. I believe the mod is $35 shipped.

So way not buy some custom bumpers, ABXY buttons, and new shell while you're at it and build your own rockin' controller.

For 95, Basically i say no. Why pay that much for a conrtoller with a few pre-set mods

The arbiter 3.5 is worth every penny you put into it it's amazing quality and easy to install with it's meny modes and and new tech being introduced amazing product

Small flaw is right now theres no reason to have a mod unless you play Mw2 or Mw3 or Black ops 1 Black ops 2 is not meant for mods

I do installs with the Viking360 Ragnarock and its a way better chip in my opinion.
