If it's a plugin, you'd drag the plugin out of it's file into your cinema 4D plugins file, usually located in program files in the C drive for Windows or applications on a Mac. After you do that, it should be in the plugins section across the top in C4D. If it does not appear then it may not be for your version of C4D.
