Hey TTG, I am trying to buy something off ebay, and everytime I make a paypal and put my money on it, it gets held for 21 days. I was just curious if anyone would be generous enough to hook me up with one that works? Id be willing to do something in return if so. Like microsoft points or gold.

If someone had a paypal account wouldn't that mean you would have access to their money....

Why would anyone do that.

Because I thought my green dot card would work on it to make it work but it doesnt so I just have the money. And why would it matter what amount?
