You just need to learn how to limit yourself and making like a certaint schedule like when to play Xbox, when to do your school work and when to go to bed or be social with others. It's not hard.

lol a Xbox is a console, it can't control you in any way. If you can't control how much time you play then don't play. Simple as that.
