You Download A Source Then You Get Cache,client .e..t.c make sure u have a separate folder on the desktop and then head over to www(dot)no-ip(dot)com or somthing and get an ip then download moparscape n put ur server ip (from noip.com) into where it says "server-ip" and put user / pass in where it says that and click log in it should work..
