Its does not have anything to do with kill death. I have a 223.2 K/D and have the knife with blue eyes. My friend has blue eyes and shotguns but only has a 93.4 K/D. He has over 35k kills and I only have 28k kills. You just have to play alot and I mean every day and you'll get there soon enough.

i had blue eyes for playing zombies every day for like 5-7 days for at lest an hour or 2 then stopped for a week and now back to the first one

I been playing pretty adamently for about a week and still havent changed from the blue and knife. But when I ranked up from the shield and blue eyes I went straight to the knife and blue eyes which is cool.

Its about all your stats being good including headshots, revives, gibs and the rest of them. Blue eyes means that your active alot
