I recently completed the quest for the Stormcloaks called "Battle for Solitude", completing "Liberation of Skyrim" at the same time. After I did this when I looked on my map Solitude was gone along with the Blue Palace. The icons are just not there for some reason! I have also noticed that when I leave Solitude and enter again, it tells me I need to help the soldiers before I enter, but I still enter after I press OK. Another thing, when I look at my completed quests, "Liberation of Skyrim" is marked completed, but the first and last objectives are not marked completed! Maybe this has something to do with it? The only reason I noticed this was because I was trying to find the Dark Elf that gives you the quest for the wabbajack, but there isn't anyone but Jarls and gaurds in Solitude anymore. Also, practically the whole city is on fire. I'm pretty sure that's because of the quest, though.
