The banner size on your settings on the right hand side should be at 150. It's a problem with the picture not on your half, if the image isn't that size.

If it is, make sure you are uploading it as a banner and not a background

So set your banner size to 0 if you don't want one. The problem is that I don't think the size of the background that has been sent to you is the right size for a partner.

Thanks means a lot I actually recommend you look at my portfolio and if u start at my 1st photoshopped pic and keep scrolling you can watch me progress to be better and better until I'm at my level now
