Now you can sell your console.
And please use keyboard and mouse. Dont use a controller converter. I promise once you get used to keyboard and mouse you'll never touch another controller. Have fun!

Thanks and that's still a really nice laptop! I need to get me a cheap one since I'm starting college next week. Also I'm moving next month so it's going to suck moving the computer also.

Seems pretty good but a Corsair HX 1200 is WAAAY overkill. Other than that it seems like a pretty decent build.
Also, how do you play. Do you use the keyboard where it is and stretch your arm over to the mouse? Just seems a little uncomfortable to me.
So yeah, 9/10 form me.

Naww it'll come in handy in the future when I add more to the computer. Doesn't really matter how big it is as long as you have enough watts to run your setup. Also yeah the mouse is stupid where it's at I don't know why I haven't move it yet lol

Full tower case for no reason. HAFX is not a top choice anymore. A HAFXM would be better suited.
Spending more on a motherboard than you ever need to. MSI Z77 G45 is half the price.
32Gb's of RAM that you will never utilize.
A 1200w PSU for what? Do you plan on downgrading and getting 4 X GTX 480's and a 990x? It's stupid. More watts =/= more better. It's less efficient. You can run this entire system off of a quality 500w power supply.
Overpriced and underpowered closed loop water-cooler. Not shocking that it's overpriced considering it has Corsair labelling on it.
Games don't use hyper-threading so spending the extra $100 on the i7 compared to the i5 is not justified and simply dumb.
Vertex 4 over more reputable M4 / 840 Pro.
Spending more than $10 on a membrane keyboard.
For the actual build, 2/10. You spent money in the wrong places. More expensive =/= more better.
For the actual setup, 4/10. Dirty, unorganized, and wires everywhere.

It's funny you rate it on the wires that are hooked up to my tv from my xbox, dvd player and cable box. The post was about the computer not my TV. LMAO
Second if I have the money to spend on i7 I'm going to spend it considering I would just upgrade in the future anyways. Second the system can run off of 750w efficiently.
Third people's opinions on corsair are different. You can criticize someones setup all day but in the end it's all about opinion.
Also you don't know what I do with the setup so how could you ever know if I will use 32gb of RAM? Think before you type.
Thanks for your input though. I feed off of haters <3

Generation is completely right about everything he said. You can hugbox all you want, but it's not going to make these good decisions. I'd add that the mouse is inferior to many cheaper mice due to its sensor and that the sound card is a waste of money unless you have the high-quality audio hardware to make use of it. You wasted money by buying the 4GB reference card as well.
EDIT: Your system's power usage will likely never surpass 350 watts. You really should look into selling or returning the AX1200.

You silly goose, I rated your build AND your entire setup separately. It IS messy and there are wires everywhere. It is a 4/10 at best but can easily be improved to a 6 if you clean up.
Second if I have the money to spend on i7 I'm going to spend it considering I would just upgrade in the future anyways. Second the system can run off of 750w efficiently.
Why would you upgrade to a CPU that you will never utilize? An i5 and an i7 are IDENTICAL besides the I7 has 4 extra threads. This is only relevant if you're a professional who uses heavy duty programs like the Adobe suite, 3D modelling, and Auto CAD. There is zero difference in gaming - ZERO.
A 750w PSU is overkill as well. You're not running much. More watts does not equal more better. It's less efficient. Power supplies best perform when they are stressed in the 50-65% load mark and your 1200w is way off from that.
Third people's opinions on corsair are different. You can criticize someones setup all day but in the end it's all about opinion.
No, it's not.
''MUH PYNUNS''
Stop falling back on that crap whenever I tell you the truth and facts.
Corsair is overpriced and bad value. Period. There is no arguing this. There are literally hundreds of websites, benchmarks, and graphs proving me right.
For example, 800d, 650D, H___, and their power supplies are more expensive than they should ever be and are bad value considering you can get something better for less or the same cost.
Stop being a blinded fanboy and realize they're not the only company out there.
Thanks for your input though. I feed off of haters <3[
Who are you calling an hater? Obviously not me. I don't hate on anybody - I'm simply telling you the truth. It was a fair rating and you don't deserve anything higher.
